Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • No Refund Policy: We do not offer a refund policy, as our products have a two-year shelf life.
  • Damage Claims: In the case of damaged products, customers must provide proof of damage, after which the shipping company will take responsibility.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed by Mattelon.

Return Policy

We do not offer return, refunds or exchanges from the date of your purchase.

  • Certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified at the time of purchase.
  • For accepted exchange/return requests (as applicable), once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email of the receipt of the item.
  • If the return or exchange is approved following our quality check, We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Refund will be credit to original payment method in 5 to 6 working days.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped and delivered within 7 to 8 days from the date of order and/or payment or as per the agreed delivery date at order confirmation, subject to the norms of the courier company/post office.
  • Mattelon shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed via the email ID provided during registration. If any shipping cost is levied by Mattelon or the seller (as applicable), it is non-refundable.
